Warmly celebrate the successful conclusion of the “San’ao” Group’s 2019 Global Marketing Annual Conference!

To enhance the quality of life and share the fruits of the “San’ao” development, the 2019 Global Marketing Conference for the elevator industry under the “San’ao” brand was solemnly held on March 11 at the banquet hall of Tian’ao Elevator (China) Co., Ltd. headquarters! Over 500 representatives—including leaders from San’ao Group’s headquarters, global distributor partners, government officials, and strategic partners—gathered together to celebrate this momentous occasion.

 

At 9 a.m., the grand event officially kicked off. The ceremony was hosted by Teacher Tang Jian, a renowned military program host from CCTV. Teacher Tang serves as our cultural advisor at the “San’ao” Group. He has always been deeply committed to the development of the “San’ao” enterprise and has proposed that the elevator industry under the “San’ao” umbrella should strive to develop itself in accordance with the three guiding principles: “New Era, New Concepts, New Momentum, and New Technologies,” thereby enhancing people’s aspirations for a better life and sharing the fruits of “San’ao’s” growth. We will firmly uphold the “Four Confidences” and the “Five Integrations,” and all employees will cultivate the “Six Capabilities” and foster the “Seven Consciousnesses.” On the basis of abiding by laws and regulations and adhering to the development philosophy of “Innovation, Coordination, Green Development, Openness, and Shared Benefits,” as well as the nation’s “Five-in-One Development Strategy,” we will endeavor to achieve “Eight First-Class Standards” for our enterprise.

The grand event began with all “San’ao people,” led by the group’s executives, rising to their feet and singing in unison, to the rousing music, China’s elevator industry’s very first corporate and brand image song—the anthem of San’ao’s elevator business, “Zongheng Tian Di.”

As the music came to an end, its lingering notes still resonated in the air. Our esteemed President Yang Aizhu stepped onto the stage amid enthusiastic applause. First, on behalf of the “San’ao” Group, she extended a warm welcome and expressed profound respect to all the distinguished leaders, guests, and friends in attendance.

President Yang Aizhu’s remarks were filled with insightful wisdom and profound advice. Focusing on the company’s future development, she emphasized three key points:

(1): Attract and cultivate talent, enhance team building, and leverage the team’s strengths.

(2): Standardize the market and strictly enforce the new marketing policies.

(3): Quality first, service guaranteed.

Next, General Manager Bo Jianlin took to the stage and delivered an important speech. He stated that 2018 had been the most challenging and stressful year since the founding of “San’ao” Elevator. Yet, under such intense pressure, the company’s leadership had gained a clearer and more direct understanding of the enterprise’s development shortcomings and promptly made necessary adjustments, bravely facing difficulties head-on and successfully achieving the targets set at the beginning of the year.

In 2019, we will reform our technology systems, manufacturing systems, quality systems, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and after-sales service systems, and further refine our management systems—especially operational procedures—to achieve standardized operations. We will provide global agents with sincere, pragmatic, timely, and efficient support, ensuring smooth and reliable operations. Following this annual meeting, all departments of the company will be required to promptly inform our agents about the new requirements, standards, and regulations introduced in 2019 for departmental management, and to carry out effective publicity and relevant training.

Over the past few years, our company has consistently maintained a close and mutually beneficial relationship with our agents and distributors. Not only have we established strong, trustworthy partnerships in our business collaborations, but we’ve also forged deep personal friendships. In 2019, the company will adjust its sales policies once again, further intensifying our encouragement and support for all agents and providing them with robust backing.

Subsequently, Zhu Wei, a member of the Standing Committee of the Nanxun District Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Nanxun Economic Development Zone, also took to the stage and delivered a powerful and inspiring speech. He enthusiastically introduced the development of the Nanxun Economic Development Zone as well as the growth journey of the “San’ao” Group!

Next, the four major regions and the eight sub-regions took the stage one after another and recited their oaths. They pledged to approach every detail with diligence and care, treat each customer and partner with a sincere smile, and contribute their efforts to drawing up a blueprint for the future development of “San’ao”!

Next, representatives from the agency took to the stage and shared heartfelt remarks about the “San’ao” Group, recounting their stories of how they first came to know “San’ao.”

The morning flew by in the blink of an eye. After a sumptuous luncheon, it was already afternoon. First, all the “San’ao” team members watched the music video for San’ao Elevator Industry’s song, “The Flag Flies High.” Then, Chen Yuhui, Executive Deputy General Manager of Suzhou Di’ao Elevator Co., Ltd., gave a detailed explanation and introduction of the Leju Jiatie brand under the San’ao Elevator umbrella.

Afterward, Zhao Wenming, the manager of the Foreign Trade Department, took the stage and briefed everyone on the “San’ao” subway project in South Korea. He also introduced the project team. Then, President Yang Aizhu took the stage and presented awards to the members of the project team.

Next came the exciting moment: to recognize the outstanding agents who made exceptional contributions to the “San’ao” Group last year, the Board of Directors carefully selected and established several awards, including the Golden Dragon Award, Silver Dragon Award, Azure Dragon Award, Hidden Dragon Award, and International Elite Award.

Amid thunderous applause and cheers, the grand awards were announced one by one. These awards not only honor the winning companies, organizations, and individuals, but also embody the glory and dreams of the Dio Group.

 

At this very moment, the real highlight of the event is about to begin. Following Yu Jun, Sales Director of Tian'ao, who outlined the future development strategy for “San’ao,” as well as innovative R&D initiatives and incentive measures designed to boost sales, the official signing ceremony for the “San’ao” Group’s strategic partnership has commenced! Dealers from across the country eagerly took to the stage and confidently signed contracts on the spot.

 

At the conclusion of the grand event, Bo Kun, Chairman of the “San’ao” Group, delivered a summarizing speech. He reviewed the Group’s past development and emphasized the future direction of reform for the “San’ao” Group. He stated that in the coming years, the Group will undertake ten major reforms, focusing on strengthening its internal capabilities, ensuring superior product quality, and delivering outstanding customer service!
