2026—A Great Start!

The lively Spring Festival holiday flew by in the blink of an eye. On February 26, 2026—the tenth day of the first lunar month—when the early spring chill still lingered, we kicked off the new year with joyful laughter and festive cheer.

At 9:08 a.m., all employees of “San’ao” Elevator gathered in the Tian’ao Elevator Banquet Hall to jointly attend the “San’ao” New Year Employee Conference.

As in previous years, President Yang Aizhu took the lead and was the first to step onto the stage to deliver a speech. She warmly extended the first New Year’s greetings to all employees.

General Manager Bo Jianlin delivered a series of summarizing remarks, stating that 2025 will be a challenging year, but we should even more so face these challenges head-on and rise to the occasion, paving the way for a new chapter in 2026.

The department managers took the stage one after another to deliver speeches, providing a detailed summary of the past year and outlining brand-new plans for the goals of the coming year.

Soon, the most exciting moment arrived. The conference honored and recognized the outstanding employees who demonstrated hard work, dedication, and a strong sense of responsibility in the year 2025. These exemplary individuals include elite sales representatives who tirelessly travel far and wide, as well as diligent production workers who quietly and persistently devote themselves to their tasks; there are also “San’ao” newcomers who have quickly made their mark upon entering the workforce, and skilled technical talents who master their crafts and dare to innovate.

Chairman Bo Kunfa, President Yang Aizhu, and General Manager Bo Jianlin jointly presented them with honors, expressing their gratitude for their hard work over the past year.

Finally, Chairman Bo Kunfa took to the stage and delivered a concluding speech. Looking back at the past and looking forward to the future, although the overall market environment in recent years has not been ideal, we firmly believe that opportunities and challenges coexist—and “San’ao” Elevators will surely create an even brighter and more glorious tomorrow.

We firmly believe that under the wise leadership of our esteemed leaders and with the relentless efforts of all our employees, the San’ao Group will continue to scale new heights and achieve even greater glory.

At the conclusion of the conference, “San’ao Group” distributed New Year red envelopes to all employees, wishing everyone a prosperous and successful Year of the Horse—may your endeavors be swift and successful, your aspirations fulfilled with boundless energy, and may you always take the lead!
