Maintenance and repair

Daily maintenance of elevators

After the owner completes the elevator installation and acceptance, the product enters a 12-month warranty period under Di’ao.
During the warranty period, we will regularly dispatch professional maintenance personnel to the owner’s elevator site for periodic maintenance.

The detailed maintenance items are as follows:

  • We perform maintenance on each elevator twice a month.
  • Submit an elevator maintenance report to the owner every three months.
  • If the owner has special requirements regarding the elevator’s operating hours, Dio should give full consideration to these requirements and do its utmost to meet them.
  • Any issues arising during the warranty period will be rectified within 24 hours.

Supply parts and accessories

Under warranty

We will replace elevator components damaged during normal use free of charge.
At the elevator installation site, we’ll keep some frequently used wear parts on hand for emergencies.

After the warranty period expires

Spare parts should be provided to ensure that the elevators in the building continue to operate safely and efficiently.
After signing the maintenance and repair contract, we will provide elevator components damaged by normal wear and tear to property owners at preferential prices.
