The lively Spring Festival holiday flew by in the blink of an eye. On February 18, 2024—the ninth day of the first lunar month—today the sun is shining brightly and springtime is radiant. Amidst joyful laughter and festive cheer, we’re officially back at work!
At 8:58, all employees of “San’ao” Elevator gathered in the Tian’ao Elevator Banquet Hall to jointly attend the “San’ao” New Year Employee Conference.
President Yang Aizhu took the stage first to deliver a speech. First, she warmly extended the first New Year’s greetings to all employees. She then looked back on the past year and shared her outlook for the coming year.
We believe that “San’ao” Elevators will surely create an even brighter and more splendid tomorrow.
Next, General Manager Bo Jianlin delivered a series of summarizing remarks. He stated that 2023 had been a challenging year, and this mobilization meeting was aimed at summarizing achievements, making plans, enhancing performance, and driving further development. Regarding the upcoming year 2024, he put forward the following key requirements:
1. Comprehensively improve the marketing mechanism and intensify performance evaluation.
2. Strengthen management, assign responsibilities to specific individuals, and implement comprehensive control over manufacturing quality.
Third, strictly control costs, drive innovation, and comprehensively enhance market competitiveness.
