Job Description:
1. Coordinate work with architects, general contractors, construction managers, and/or owners during pre-bid phases for new installation projects. This includes building strong client relationships and maintaining market awareness of projects within the designated area as well as competitors.
2. Create quotation and tender packages by obtaining the blueprints for the proposed new building. This includes reviewing the completeness and accuracy of specifications and labor estimates together with the operations department, and ensuring that the work is profitable for the branch.
3. Present the bid to the client and explain the cost factors, emphasizing the equipment’s structure, performance, durability, and appearance.
4. When necessary, visit the project site and collaborate with the operations department to ensure that customer requirements and deadlines are met.
5. Stay highly familiar with the company’s products by participating in company training courses, reviewing factory equipment upgrades, and inspecting supplier shipments.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of sales experience, or training requirements; candidates with more than 3 years of elevator sales experience will be given priority, provided they hold a bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Able to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawing documents.
