Timely maintenance

24-hour real-time video surveillance ensures that when elevator malfunctions or unexpected entrapments occur, the system will automatically trigger an alarm and send a fault code to the mobile phones of nearby maintenance personnel, guaranteeing that maintenance staff can arrive at the scene as quickly as possible.

Timely warning

The system will record and analyze data on each elevator’s fault information, maintenance cycles, annual inspection status, component wear and tear, and more. Based on these results, it will develop a scientifically sound maintenance plan and provide timely alerts, ensuring that elevators are always in optimal operating condition.

Network Collaboration

It can be integrated with the five-party communication system, and monitoring data can be authorized to branch offices, maintenance providers, property management companies, and other parties. Through collaborative efforts among multiple stakeholders, the overall safety level of elevators can be comprehensively enhanced.

Electric release function

In the event of a sudden power outage, the electric release device can be activated. Leveraging the self-generating capability of the permanent-magnet synchronous motor, the motor’s input terminals are briefly short-circuited, causing the brake to open and allowing the elevator to run smoothly to the landing level, thereby quickly rescuing trapped passengers.

Client Bluetooth debugging

By using a Bluetooth wireless communication system, the elevator’s main control board can be parameter-adjusted or its software upgraded via a mobile app client. Compared to traditional debugging methods, this approach is more flexible and reliable, with debugging results displayed intuitively and visually, making it smarter and more intelligent.

All use LED green light sources, converting more than 90% of electrical energy into light energy. Compared to traditional incandescent bulbs, this can save over 80% of energy.
