Projects of Di’ao / Hengji Shuixiehua City in Zhengzhou

Di’ao has supplied 13 sets of passenger elevator to the Hengji Shuixiehua City in Zhengzhou.

Hengji Shuixiehua City in Zhengshou is a 700,00-m2 project as built at Xinzhenglong Lake by Henan Jiheng Industrial Co., Ltd. The project includes such commercial activities and service as duplex, foreign-style house and high-rise building. Covering a floor space of 350,000 square meters and a building area of approx. 700,000 square meters, this project adopts the 1:1 underground parking lot and has over ten colleges and universities nearby, such as Zhongyuan University of Technology, Henan University of Engineering, and Zhongyuan Business Information College. Foreign language middle school, primary school, kindergarten, etc. shall be available near the project. Community of Hengji Shuixiehua City will have two kindergartens and one primary school. Shuixiehua City is adjacent to Shuanghu Street and the Fourth East Ring. Besides, metro line 2 is available to the south of the project.
