Projects of Di’ao / East Fashion Center in Qingdao

Di’ao has supplied 16 sets of passenger elevator to the East Fashion Center - the latest modern landmark in Qindgao .

East Fashion Center, with a registered capital of 100 million Yuan and with Qingdao Zhongfang Yilian Development Investment Co., Ltd. as the main investor, covers a building area of 1 million square meters out of a total floor space of 1,000 mu. This project shall be developed in three stages and plans to have such experience-based commercial activities as garden, urban T-stage, Land Art Bay, Fashion Port, College of Fashion, Design Hotel, Maritime Show, Master Studio, Film & Television Costume Center, Organic Food House, Coffee Show, and maritime SPA. The East Fashion Center is expected to be turned into a fashion landmark of Asia and the next fashion release center of Asia.
